At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 25 November 2025, in accordance with section 5.25(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and Regulation 12(1) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, Council determined the following dates, times and places of Ordinary Council Meetings and Public Agenda Briefing Forums for 2026:

In accordance with section 5.25(1)(g) of the Local Government Act 1995 and regulation 12 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996, notice is given that a meeting of the City of Kalamunda Audit, Risk & Improvement Committee will be held in the Council Chambers at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road Kalamunda, on: Tuesday 2 December 2025 commencing at 5:00 pm

Assessments under the City of Kalamunda Fire Hazard Reduction Notice commence from Saturday 1 November 2025. The City’s Fire Control Officers will commence fire hazard assessments across all areas within the City.

The City is seeking suitably qualified individuals to serve as independent members of its Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee (Committee).

Temporary road closures will be in place in Kalamunda on 17 and 19 September 2025 for the Tarmac West Rally event. Affected roads include Zig Zag Scenic Drive, Mundaring Weir Road and Haynes Street.

The Zig Zag Gallery will be closed until further notice due to flooding from the wet weather.

The City of Kalamunda Annual General Meeting of Electors to receive the 2023-2024 Annual Report will be held at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda on: Tuesday 4 February 2025 at 6:30pm.

As part of the City of Kalamunda’s 2024/25 Capital Works Budget, several key road renewal projects will be taking place in High Wycombe this month. These upgrades will improve road safety and enhance travel for our community.

Update: Tuesday, 12 November 2024 - The Carmel Walk Trail has reopened following recent prescribed burns in the area.
