
Notice of road closures: Tarmac West 2025
Temporary road closures will be in place in Kalamunda on 17 and 19 September 2025 for the Tarmac West Rally event. Affected roads include Zig Zag Scenic Drive, Mundaring Weir Road and Haynes Street.
Please take note of the below road closures in conjunction with localised detours and speed reductions, in and around the City during the Tarmac West event. Detours will be in place, with marshalls on-site to assist with traffic management.
Zig Zag Scenic Dr (Lascelles Dr to Ridge Hill Rd)
- Wednesday 17 September | 4:30-5:30pm
- Friday 19 September | 12:30-3:45pm
Mundaring Weir Rd (Roach Rd to Allen Rd)*
- Friday 19 September | 10:00am-5:00pm
Haynes St
- Friday 19 September | 9:00am-2:30pm
*Closed to all traffic including Mountain Trail Bicycles (MTB) and road bicycles.
