Junior Engineer

Position Type: Full-time permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 75 hours a fortnight.
Salary:  Level 5 $74,267 - $78,946 per annum + 10% superannuation
The City of Kalamunda is offering an exciting opportunity for a junior or graduate engineer to become a part of the City’s amazing and supportive Asset Planning Team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Coordinator Development Engineering, we are seeking a Junior Engineer to provide civil engineering services to the organisation with a focus on development engineering, asset protection, and traffic management.

Coordinator Procurement

Position Type: Full-time permanent
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 75 hours a fortnight.
Salary:  Level 8 $96,126 (negotiable) per annum + 10% superannuation
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, approachable, knowledgeable, and experienced procurement professional to join an amazing and supportive Financial services team of the City of Kalamunda as a Coordinator Procurement on a permanent full-time basis.  
This position will work in support of the Manager Financial Service and be responsible for delivering an optimal procurement service and program within the City, delivering value for money, quality advice, and timely customer service.  Ensures purchasing and tender processes adhere to high standards of probity and accountability. This person will have touch points to all procurement activities for the City, which equates to a minimum of $22 million a year.

Customer Relations Team Leader

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 75 hours a fortnight.
Salary:  Level 6 $80,321 - $86,383  per annum + 10% superannuation
This position will work in support of the Manager Customer and Public Relations, by leading the Customer Relations Team in setting the organisation’s customer service standards, to improve the City’s corporate image, reputation and point of contact customer experience. Some of the key result areas of this position include Customer Service and Reporting, Achievement of KPIs and Team Leadership.

Junior Coaches & Instructors

Position Type: Casual
Salary:  $32.36 - $36.25 per class (subject to qualification)
The Recreation Centre are looking for Junior Coaches to join their friendly team! Programs run at Hartfield Park Recreation Centre (HPRC) and High Wycombe Community & Recreation Centre (HWCRC). The team are looking for coaches/instructors for the following programs: 

  • Movers & Groovers Main Instructor
    Fridays (HPRC) – 9:15am - 10:15am (1.5-5yrs) during school term
  • Junior Dance Assistant
    Mondays (HPRC) 4:00pm – 5:00pm (6-10 years) during school term
  • Kindy Gym Assistant
    Wednesdays (HPRC) 9:30am – 10:20am (1.5-5yrs) during school term

A valid Work with Children Check and Senior First Aid is essential.
