Salary: $125,000 – $130,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience) + superannuation.
About this Opportunity
As the successful applicant, you will, lead the delivery of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will also provide effective leadership to project teams and engage with stakeholders, foster collaboration and drive performance to achieve successful outcomes in accordance with legislative requirements, and the City's governance frameworks.
Other key components of the role include:
Promoting a work environment that empowers, motivates and develops a highly skilled team capable of delivering key outcomes.
- Preparing and maintaining Project Management Plans, including all necessary management processes and procedures, and documentation necessary to monitor project delivery.
- Preparing and managing design, superintendency and construction tender documentation in accordance with City processes and policies.
- Negotiate and provide expert advice on variation amounts and responsibilities with the superintendent and contractor.
- Monitor expenditure on projects and report on budget adjustments and funding requirements.

Hours of Work
This is a fixed term 5-year contract working Monday to Friday, 75 hours per fortnight.
A flexible work arrangement option such as flexitime, a 9-day fortnight (completing additional hours across 9 days to access a day off each fortnight) or 19-day month (working additional hours across 19 days to access 1 day off per 4 weeks) is available with no impact to annual salary.
About the Benefits
The salary for this position is $125,000 - $130,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), plus superannuation.
