The City of Kalamunda hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 of the proposed disposal of property by way of a lease for telecommunications purposes, as described below.
- Property: Approximately 8 x 9 metres, Portion of Hartfield Park, 199 Hale Road, Forrestfield.
- Lessor: City of Kalamunda
- Lessee: Optus Mobile Pty Ltd
- Term: 10 years
- Consideration: $21,600 (plus GST) per annum, increased by 3% on each anniversary of the commencement date
- Market Value: $21,600 (plus GST) per annum, as ascertained by a licensed valuer on 3 May 2024
