Public Notice: Adoption of Local Planning Policy 35 – Hatch Court Light Industrial Area
The City of Kalamunda gives notice that Council has adopted Local Planning Policy 35 (LPP35) – Hatch Court Light Industrial Area at its recent Ordinary Council Meeting.
In accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the City is required to publish notice of the adopted Policy.
Local Planning Policy 35 provides guidance for land use and development within the Hatch Court Light Industrial Area and supports consistent planning outcomes for the precinct.
