Due to COVID-19 the 2020 Kalamunda Show has been cancelled.
The Kalamunda Show is run annually by the Kalamunda Show Committee, made up of members from the Kalamunda & District Agricultural Society (Inc) and volunteers.
The 2020 Show will be the 122nd Kalamunda Show. It is a traditional annual community event and the Committee endeavours to include contributions from local groups as well as entertainment aimed at attracting visitors to the Show.
The Show takes place on Friday evening and all day Saturday and includes a variety of entertainment, stalls, competitions, displays, sideshows and rides, a log chop competition, animal nursery, various other displays and traditional show competitions in craft, cookery, horticulture, art and photography. A very popular fireworks display on both Friday and Saturday evenings is a major attraction.
Many local community groups are involved in the Show including Lions Clubs, Scouts, the Fire Brigade and State Emergency Services. The Show is run entirely by volunteers and all profits are directed into community projects.
