The City of Kalamunda hold and/or sponsor many events on a regular basis within the City.

As part of the celebrations, Belgravia Leisure and the City of Kalamunda are offering two-for-one entry for patrons

This annual event, held in March at Hartfield Park in Forrestfield is a jam-packed program of entertainment, amusement rides, activities and workshops that offer something for everyone.

The Perth Hills offer a fantastic weekend destination that allows the public to purchase a variety fresh produce and foods direct from producers.
All these markets are held at Kalamunda Town Centre. Many of the local eateries have events coinciding with the scheduled market events making it an ideal destination for the whole family.

This annual show has been running since 1898. It takes place on first weekend of the Term 1 school holidays. Starting Friday evening and all day Saturday the show includes a variety of entertainment, stalls, competitions, displays, sideshows and rides, a log chop competition, animal nursery, various other displays and traditional show competitions in craft, cookery, horticulture, art and photography. A very popular fireworks display on both Friday and Saturday evenings is a major attraction.
Many local community groups are involved in the Show including Lions Clubs, Scouts, the Fire Brigade and State Emergency Services. The Show is run entirely by volunteers and all profits are directed into community projects.
As well as spectacular scenery, tempting wineries, boutique shopping and cafés aplenty, every weekend from 11 October to 11 November Kalamunda will be filled with a host of events and activities. Just a short drive (but a whole world)
away, Kalamunda is ‘painting the town yellow’ to celebrate the arrival of Spring and extending an open invitation to visitors to come and join in the fun.
Bringing together families with FREE fun days, movies and activities and popular events such as the ‘Kalamunda Open Studios’, the 'Kalamunda Artisan Markets’ and ‘October Feast’, the Spring Festival promises to be fun
for all ages. So whatever you’re interested in – food, wine, markets, music, gardening, photography, art or walking – the Spring Festival has it all.

Make Smoking History Targa West is an exciting and highly prestigious tarmac rally that has established itself as one of the premier events of its type in the country for classic and modern vehicles.
The Kalamunda stage of this event will be held on 9 August 2019 and will include the Perth Motorsport Tyres Zig Zag Stage and the extended Kalamunda stage on Mundaring

A series of FREE outdoor movie screenings around your City. There is entertainment, kids’ activities, food vans and FREE popcorn! So bring along a blanket or chairs, pull up a patch of grass and enjoy the warm summer nights under the stars.
