Tea Meditation: A Journey of Stillness

16 May 2025 : 10:00 AM - 16 May 2025 : 11:15 AM

In the practice of tea meditation, we embark on a journey of inner stillness and presence. Each moment, from the preparation of the tea to the appreciation of the tea leaves, becomes a mindful practice—a chance to reconnect with the present. Guided by our tea masters, we invite you to experience peace and clarity in our hearts and minds. This journey isn't just about drinking tea; it's about cultivating mindfulness through tea.
