New to the centre and what to see what our gym and group fitness classes are like? We offer a free one day pass to new members allowing them to use the gym and attend group fitness classes for a day. With the expertise of our friendly yoga instructor, we are launching a new program that includes mother and baby.
The Mums & Bubs Yoga program offers a gentle yoga class for new mothers to assist them to regain the strength of their core and pelvic floor muscles. The mother will also learn breathing and relaxation exercises while bonding with their baby. This class is suitable for babies up to eight months of age, or until they become independently mobile.
