In accordance with section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Council Meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road Kalamunda, on:

Tuesday 16 December 2025 commencing at 6.30pm

The Special Council Meeting is open to the public and is being convened for the purposes of –

1. Receiving the City of Kalamunda Annual Report for the 2024/2025 Financial Year; and
2. Selecting a date for convening the Annual General Meeting of Electors.
