The City of Kalamunda initiated Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS 3) Amendment 110 (A110) for the purposes of public advertising. Comments close 5pm on Monday, 9 January 2023
A110 proposes to extend the expiry date of Development Contribution Area 1 (DCA1) - which operates over the Forrestfield / High Wycombe Industrial Area Stage 1 - from 10 May 2023 to 10 May 2028, extending the existing 10-year operational period by a further five years (to a total operational period of 15 years).
