The City of Kalamunda invites public comment on the proposed dedication of portions of lots as road. The dedication of land as road is required to facilitate the Main Roads Western Australia Tonkin Highway Grade Separation Project.
It is proposed that portions of the following lots be dedicated as road:
- Lot 42 Bruce Road, Wattle Grove
- Lot 36 Welshpool Road East, Wattle Grove
- Lot 341 Welshpool Road East, Wattle Grove
Plans depicting the portions of land proposed to be dedicated as road can be viewed via the City's engagement portal.
