Advance Care Planning Workshop
08 March 2024 : 12:45 PM - 08 March 2024 : 2:45 PM
My Future Care – Advance Care Planning Community Workshop – open to the public
We all want to have a say in what happens in the last part of our lives. By making plans that cover our care, lifestyle, health and finances, we work out what we want, as well as making things easier on those around us. This process is called Advance Care Planning.
This workshop at Kalamunda Community Learning Centre will cover information on what is involved in Advance Care Planning, how to get started, and how to talk with your loved ones about your end-of-life wishes. It is a practical and interactive workshop where you will have the chance to get your questions answered.
Who is this for?
This face-to-face workshop is suitable for any community members regardless of age, health or background. You don’t need any prior knowledge of Advance Care Planning to take part. To book your place please contact Margaret Davidson via firstname.lastname@example.org
Cost: $5 per person, includes afternoon tea
When: Friday 8 March 2024, 12:45pm - 2:45pm
Where: Kalamunda Community Learning Centre
We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners, the Whadjuk Noongar People as the Custodians of this land. We also pay respect to all Aboriginal community Elders, past, present and future who have and continue to reside in the area and have been an integral part of the history of this region.
