Mums & Bubs Yoga - Term 2, 2024

The next Mums & Bubs program starts Tuesday 30 April 2024.

The Mums & Bubs Yoga program offers a gentle yoga class for new mothers to assist them in regaining the strength of their core and pelvic floor muscles.

The mother will also learn breathing and relaxation exercises while bonding with their baby. This class is suitable for babies up to eight months of age, or until they become independently mobile.

Time: Tuesdays - 10.30am-11.30am
Cost: $122.50 per Mother & Baby
