A significant development application has been lodged to the State Development Assessment Unit (SDAU) for Lot 801 (332) Kalamunda Road, Maida Vale.
The development application proposes a supermarket, specialty shops including liquor store, restaurant/café and fast food outlets, medical centre, gym and associated parking and landscaping.
The application is currently open for public consultation with the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage (DPLH).
