Public Notice: Kalamunda Keeping and Control of Cats Amendment Local Law 2023
The City of Kalamunda Keeping and Control of Cats Amendment Local Law 2023 will come into effect on 29 December 2023.
The City of Kalamunda is providing public notice of the adoption of the City of Kalamunda Keeping and Control of Cats Amendment Local Law 2023.
The effect of the local law is to remove clause 3.9 (1)(b), each cat shall be contained on the premises unless under the effective control of a person.
This law will come into effect on 29 December 2023.
