The City of Kalamunda proudly bestowed the title of Freeman upon the Hon. Ken Wyatt, in recognition of his outstanding and extensive contributions to the community, at today’s annual Thank A Volunteer Day luncheon held at the Kalamunda Community Centre.

The award, presented by Mayor Margaret Thomas, marks a significant moment in the City's history, as the first Freeman title since 2021 and the 25th overall with the inaugural Freeman of the City awarded to Ray Owen in 1966.
