City Sponsorship Sparks Festive Vibes
The City of Kalamunda is proud to announce its support for six community Christmas events through its annual Christmas Festival Funding initiative.
This year’s funded programs encompass a diverse range of festive activities, including the Sharing a Hills Christmas initiative, Gooseberry Hill Primary School Choir Intergenerational Christmas Visits, Make it Special Carers Christmas, Christmas Craft @ Hawaiian, Carols by Candlelight, and the High Wycombe Christmas Picnic.
Mayor Margaret Thomas emphasised the City's commitment to nurturing local communities, particularly during the festive season.
"Our Christmas Festival funding opportunities ensure that creative ideas can flourish while fostering vibrant and inclusive ways for people to come together and celebrate."
"With these funded initiatives, the broader Christmas Festival program, and businesses lighting up their windows as part of the annual Christmas Lights promotion, the City is going to be a special place this holiday season."
The City’s full Christmas Festival Events Program - along with details on how to secure tickets or RSVP - is available online at kalamunda.wa.gov.au/christmas
