Forrestfield/High Wycombe Industrial Area – Stage 1 – Development Contribution Plan (DCP) Report 2023 open for public comment
The City of Kalamunda (City) has commenced the annual review of the Development Contribution Plan (DCP) for the Forrestfield / High Wycombe Stage 1 Industrial Area. The Council, at its Ordinary Council meeting on 26 September 2023, resolved to adopt the Forrestfield / High Wycombe Industrial Area Development Contribution Plan Report (DCP Report), and a Cost Contribution Rate of $23.77/m², for the purposes of public advertising, and for immediate application under Clause 6.5 and Schedule 12 of Local Planning Scheme No. 3.
In preparation of the current DCP Report, the City has reviewed the DCP having regard to compliance with relevant provisions of the Local Planning Scheme No. 3, and State Planning Policy 3.6 – Infrastructure Contributions.
The City is now seeking submissions on the DCP Report.
