Kerbside bin collection: Monday 25 September (public holiday)

Cleanaway services will continue to operate as per normal on the King's Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 25 September 2023. All bins are to be placed on the kerb by 6am on collection day.

Cleanaway services will continue to operate as per normal on the King's Birthday Public Holiday on Monday 25 September 2023. 

This applies for residents who have their bins collected on Monday:

  • Maida Vale residents in Area 1 – General waste only
  • High Wycombe and Forrestfield residents in Area 2 – General waste AND Recycling

Residents can search for their bin day (including recycling week) in the interactive City map: Find my bin day.

As there have recently been changes to the bin routes, please ensure that your bin(s) are on the kerb by 6am on collection day. For more information, please visit the Bins & Collections page on our website.

Tips for bin day:

  • Place bin(s) on the kerb by 6am on collection day.
  • Keep the weight of the bin to 70kg or less.
  • Avoid overfilling and ensure the lid can close.

For missed bin services, please contact Cleanaway Services on (08) 9449 3332, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm within 48 hours from usual day of service.
