Be a part of developing our City’s RAP
The City of Kalamunda is encouraging community members to help develop its 2023 Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
City of Kalamunda Mayor Margaret Thomas said this is a valuable opportunity for the community to collaborate and have an impact on the development of this important document. “The Development of our RAP has been led by our Community, now its time to come together and review our progress over the last few years and we continue to work together into the future.”
The RAP sets out our City’s vision for reconciliation – to promote unity, respect and understanding,” she says.
The City of Kalamunda Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan November 2019 – November 2021 was first adopted in 2019.
Its aim is to create lasting and meaningful relationships, encourage respect, and promote sustainable opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
