The City of Kalamunda has initiated Amendment 111 for the purposes of public advertising.
Amendment 111 to Local Planning Scheme No. 3 (LPS3) seeks to rezone Lot 500 (3) Salix Way from Residential R60 to “Public Purpose – Police Station”.
The amendment will facilitate the development of the new Forrestfield Police Station and secure the ongoing operation.
Furthermore, the Amendment will allow for future redevelopment of the site with a development mix consisting of an integrated health/community hub and showroom development.
