
City’s Waste Facility Upgrades On Track
The City of Kalamunda will improve the Walliston Transfer Station over the next three years to better manage the City’s waste and comply with the site’s recent 20-year license renewal conditions.
City Mayor Margaret Thomas said the 42-year old waste facility was granted a new license in June and in meeting regulatory requirements the City will complete several site and infrastructure upgrades.
