To ensure the high quality surface of Kalamunda, road resurfacing works will be undertaken at the intersection with Boonooloo Road and Elizabeth Street from 12 to 30 May 2019 (weather permitting).

Works will be undertaken between 7:00pm to 6:00am nightly, with traffic management and intermittent road closures in place at the following locations:

• Kalamunda Road, between St Emilies and Boonooloo Road; and
• Kalamunda Road, between Canning Road and Boonooloo Road.
• Elizabeth Street, between Kalamunda Road and Lindsay Street.
• Boonooloo Road, between Heath Road and Kalamunda Road.

Traffic management, such as reduced speed limits and stop/go traffic control, will be in place between 6:00am and 7:00pm daily.

Signage will be in place to guide road users through changed traffic conditions. Road users are urged to plan their journey and factor additional time.

Work activities will include removal of old infrastructure such as kerbs, paths and road surfaces, asphalting and reinstatement works.

Whilst every effort will be made to minimise disruption during works, some noise and vibration is expected.
