Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the powers vested in local government under Section 17 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 the Prohibited Burning Season has ceased on 16 April 2019.
In accordance with Section 18 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 as amended, the City of Kalamunda RESTRICTED BURNING PERIOD has commenced from 17 April 2019 until 31 May 2019.
Permits to burn may be obtained from the Bush Fire Control Officer at the City of Kalamunda. Contact 9257 9999 for further information.
Failure to comply with this notice may result in a penalty being issued.
Note: Restricted Burning Times may be varied due to seasonal changes. Due to seasonal weather conditions permits may not be issued in some instances or further conditions imposed at the discretion of the Fire Control Officer.
