Keeping it Cool

π³πΏ Join us in greening our community! πΏπ³
We're excited to announce our upcoming community planting event aimed at providing crucial ecological services to an area currently almost devoid of vegetation.
On Sunday, May 19th, we'll roll up our sleeves to combat the urban heat island effect by strategically planting native trees along the powerline easement in Forrestfield. We'll plant native trees and understory species to provide
much-needed shade for the local community and habitat for our wildlife.
We're not just planting trees; we're creating habitats for our feathered friends too! With the introduction of understory vegetation, we're fostering foraging opportunities for Carnaby cockatoos and other native wildlife. It's a win-win for both our community and our environment!
