An Ordinary Election by postal vote, will be held on Saturday, 21 October 2023 in the City of Kalamunda.

Are you 15–25 and feeling the strain of balancing work, study, exercise and a social life? Join us for our special Let's Talk Mental Health Series with HelpingMinds to teach you skills for managing stress!
HelpingMinds and the City of Kalamunda are joining forces to create a FREE series focusing on understanding mental health and strategies for staying mentally healthy featuring the following workshops:
- Starting Conversations: How to talk about mental health and myths that surround it as well as techniques for checking in with a friend.
- Facing Challenges: Impacts of social media and what does staying mentally safe online look like, covering risky behaviors and coping strategies such as vaping.
- Positive Choices: Strategies for staying mentally healthy, coping and resilience strategies and mindfulness – what is it and how can it help?
Each session will run from 3:30pm-5:00pm at either the City of Kalamunda Function Room or Forrestfield Library.
