Listen to Ben Broadridge, a speaker, master facilitator and advocate for social change in the area of mental health and wellbeing. There are shifting attitudes to stress, managing stress, cultivating resilience and understanding why 'people do what they do".
This workshop helps connects the dots between these topics in a very practical way in an emotionally connected environment.
Through engaging storytelling and a relatable, humanist approach to his delivery, Ben aims to leave people with memorable interactions that inspire and inform. Using a blend of compassion, realness and evidence-based techniques, Ben's focus is on helping people better understand themselves and better support those in their lives.
