Open Information Session: Lot 912 Midland Road in Bushmead

Last year the Western Australian Planning Commission ran a Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment to rezone Lot 912 from Public Purposes (Commonwealth Government), to Urban and Urban Deferred. This was approved in November 2020. This approval now enables Lot 912 Midland Road to be redeveloped for residential purposes.
Development WA would like to invite you to attend a community engagement session to review previous engagement results, provide additional advice, meet the project team and discuss future opportunities for the site.
