This interactive FREE workshop provides an opportunity for sporting clubs and community groups to better understand obligations and core activities of boards and committees.
This short informative session is ideal for a variety of sporting clubs and community groups with an aim to provide a foundation in governance, aide understanding of best practice strategies for functioning of an effective board and to share practical solutions and strategies for reviewing committee actions and progress.
