Join the team at this FREE workshop to show you simple, proven and effective techniques and tactics on self-defence.

This workshop will covers topics to:

  • Keep your self safe in your everyday life
  • Set effective boundaries
  • De-escalate a confrontation
  • Avoid, prevent and deal with violent assaults
  • Defend yourself against common attacks

This will be a hands-on workshop, so comfortable clothing such as sports/activewear and running shoes are highly recommended. Please also remove jewellery.
