
Workshop: Clean Schools and Waste Wise Schools

Do you need ideas for dealing with litter and waste in your school? This FREE workshop will inspire students to reduce waste and litter.
The workshop will include:
- a step-by-step guide on how to run a whole school litter and waste prevention campaign
- loads of resources to take back to your school–USBs, posters, booklets
- laws relating to litter, social and environmental impacts and behaviour change
- practical advice and curriculum links to run a plastic reduction program at your school
- information on how to become Accredited and apply for Waste Wise grant funding.
Clean Schools and Waste Wise Schools offer teacher relief subsidy for two representatives from your school.

The workshop is suitable for principals, teachers, EAs, gardeners and parents.It is recommended two staff attend to help with planning for your school.
Full day teacher relief is provided, maximum two per school.
