Lodge a New Application

By submitting the following form, a new building application will be created/lodged. NO fee payment will be requested at time of application lodgement.

You will be notified regarding fees payable and payment options. Following the City's Building Services team review of the submitted application and associated documents, a Building Application reference* will be assigned to the submitted application. 

The applicant contact details will be used for any further correspondence and to seek any further information and to arrange payment of any associated fees for the lodged application. 

Note: A building application does not mean you have building approval.  The Building Services team can take up to ten (10) working days to review a certified application and twenty-five (25) working days to review an uncertified application.

Once this form is submitted, an auto-generated email is sent to the supplied email address in the applicant details section confirming receipt of the application. This auto-generated email does not mean you have building approval.
