Notice of road closures: Tarmac West 2026
Temporary road closures will be in place in Kalamunda on 16 and 18 September 2026 for the Tarmac West Rally event. Affected roads include Zig Zag Scenic Drive, Mundaring Weir Road and Haynes Street.
Please take note of the below road closures in conjunction with localised detours and speed reductions, in and around the City during the Tarmac West event. Detours will be in place, with marshalls on-site to assist with traffic management.
Zig Zag Scenic Dr (Lascelles Dr to Ridge Hill Rd)
*road open time is approximate only, the roads will be opened as soon as it is safe to do so. Stage is run two times.
*Closed to all traffic including Mountain Trail Bicycles (MTB) and road bicycles.
