In accordance with section 5.5(2) of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held in the Council Chambers at the City of Kalamunda Administration Centre located at 2 Railway Road Kalamunda, on:
Tuesday 9 June 2026
commencing at 6.00 pm
The Special Meeting of Council is being convened for the purpose of considering the Waste Supply Agreement.
The item for consideration by Council will be a confidential item in accordance with section 5.23(4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995 for the following reason: legal advice, or other information, over which the local government holds legal professional privilege.
