Public Notice - 27 February 2026
In accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City proposes to enter into a short-term disposition of property by way of lease to Kzemos Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 644 946 261) (Proponent) for part of Reserve 50554 (Jorgensen Park) for 15 weeks, commencing 6 April 2026 and terminating on 20 July 2026, with an option to extend until 31 August 2026 (the duration).
Purpose of the lease is to provide exclusive use of a portion of Jorgenson Park (appx. 15Ha) for the purpose of a ticketed, public event.
A market value for the relevant portion of Jorgensen Park proposed to be leased to the Proponent, conducted on 20 February 2026, is $150,000. The consideration to be received by the City from the Proponent is est. $230,000.
Submissions on the proposed disposition by way of lease are able to be made to the City in writing or via email no later than Friday 13 March 2026, addressed to -
