Nominations open for Disability and Carers Advisory Group
The City of Kalamunda is seeking nominations for our Disability and Carers Advisory Group (DACAG).
The DACAG advises and makes recommendations to Council on a range of strategic issues which affect the quality of life of people with disability, their families and carers living in and visiting the City of Kalamunda.
The City is seeking nominations for the following positions:
Up to five (5) community representatives with a disability or who have experience and interest in access for and inclusion of people with a disability
Up to two (2) organisations providing services to people with a disability
To nominate for membership of this Advisory Group, please complete a nomination form. You can complete this form online, or submit a hard copy via:
