The City of Kalamunda hereby gives notice in accordance with Section 3.59 of the Local Government Act 1995 for the Major Land Transaction Business Plan for the proposed subdivision and divestment of Lots 100 & 200 (No. 15-21) Edney Road, High Wycombe.
At the 27 May 2025 Ordinary Council Meeting, Council resolved to support continuing land asset investigations for undeveloped City-owned property at 15-21 Edney Road, High Wycombe (Lots 100 & 200).
Both properties are owned in freehold title by the City and currently zoned Residential (R20/30 and R40 respectively).
Information about the proposal and the Major Land Transaction Business Plan documents are available for public inspection at engage. kalamunda.wa.gov.au or at City of Kalamunda Administration, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda, during business hours.
