Proposed Development Application – Lot 192 (No. 326) Hale Road, Wattle Grove (DA25/0073)

The City has received a development application for a proposed Convenience Store, Fast-Food Outlet, Health/Fitness Centre and Shop at the above-mentioned site.

The City’s reference for this application is DA25/0073.

This application will be determined by the Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel (MODAP) in accordance with the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011.

The application is being advertised for public comments on the proposal in accordance with Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015.
