These essential works will replace the wood flooring in the kitchen and dining area.

Details of works:

• Date works start:  Monday 2 June 2025
• Duration: Approximately 4 weeks
• Location: Mason & Bird Cafe, 7 William Street, Kalamunda 

What to expect:

• Mason & Bird will continue to operate temporarily from the Zig Zag Seminar Room, offering takeaway food starting 28 May 2025.
• A coffee van will be located in the court area near the stage, provided by a separate coffee supplier.
• Mason & Bird will use the Jack Healy Centre’s commercial kitchen to prepare their takeaway meals. These meals will be transported to the Zig Zag Seminar Room for sale.
• Seating will be available mainly outside, with limited indoor seating in the Zig Zag Seminar Room.
• There will be no changes to public access—the History Village and walkway entrances will remain open as usual.
• Mason & Bird will share updated menus and revised trading hours during this period.
