Dying to Know Day: Live the Life You Please FREE community event

Kalamunda Compassionate Communities is hosting a Dying to Know Day event which will cover many of the facts of what you need to know about planning for end-of-life and allow you to get on with living. Topics covered:

• Screening of Live the Life You Please, a film-led social impact campaign that will change the way you think about the last chapter of life, 30 mins
• Advance Care Planning
• The importance of and how to start family discussions around end-of-life decisions
