The City of Kalamunda invites the community to this special annual event, the opening of NAIDOC Week 2024.
Reflecting this years theme "Keep the Fire Burning, Blak, Loud and Proud" join Elders Neville Collard and Nick Abraham sharing in Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony. Hear Dreamtime Stories told by Justin Martin.
Experience Olman Walley and the Little Boorloo Dancers.
Join around the Campfire and enjoy some Kangaroo Stew and Damper, Cultural Stories and knowledge
