Term 2 Jump Start Youth Fitness Programs Start - 29 April 2024

For high school students in Year Groups 7-11 looking to get a jump start on their fitness, our dedicated Jump Start Programs begin 29 April 2024, offering tailored sessions to build strength, endurance, and confidence in a supportive environment.


  • Jump Start Intro: Mondays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm (Year Groups 7-11)
  • Jump Start Strength: Wednesdays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm (Year Groups 9-11, must have completed Jump Start Intro program first)
  • Jump Start Gym Based: Fridays, 4:00pm - 5:00pm (Year Groups 9-11, must have completed Jump Start Intro program first)
