In-Person Peer Support Groups for Carers

Every week on Thursday - 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

In-Person Peer Support groups can provide a sense of empowerment, understanding and reduce feelings of social isolation.

The In-Person Peer Support (IPPS) program provides an opportunity for carers to share their experience of being an unpaid carer, learn from others, develop self-care skills and create a supportive network in a safe environment.

IPPS is free to attend. Refreshments of tea and coffee provided.

When: Commencing Thursday, 1 February and fortnightly thereafter
Time: 10.30am to 12.30pm
