Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Administration Centre, 2 Railway Road, Kalamunda, on: Tuesday 19 January 2021 commencing at 6.30pm
The purpose of the meeting and order of business is:
- Award of Construction Tender RFT 2020 Hale Road Widening and Enhancement
- Award of Construction Tender RFT 2019 Road Rehabilitation for Various Sites within the City of Kalamunda
- City of Kalamunda Submission on draft State Planning Policy 4.2 – Activity Centres
- Local Planning Scheme No.3 - Amendment 105 - Development Contribution Area 1 – Forrestfield Light Industrial Area Stage 1 - Method for Calculating Contributions – Consideration of Submissions and Final Adoption

Due to the City’s live streaming equipment undergoing necessary maintenance this Special Council Meeting will not be live streamed.
