Facilitated by Helping Minds, the City of Kalamunda present 'Lifelong Resilience' a 1-hour mental health workshop for young people.

Targeted at those in Years 11 and 12, learn tips on how to stay mentally healthy, positive self-talk, time management, goal setting, where students can get help and mindfulness meditation. 

NOTE: You must live, work or study in the City of Kalamunda to be eligible to attend.
