Strength for Life is a strength training program aimed at improving fitness and quality of life. Please contact our friendly staff to book in for a compulsory appraisal.
This appraisal includes a customised workout designed for only you and is a one-off payment of $43.

Increasing Balance can be achieved through regular balance exercises. This Yoga class has been specifically designed to focus on balance and strength exercises to reduce risks of falls in older adults.

Social Pickleball is a low impact, friendly competition for all levels.
Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball over a net. The ball is much like a wiffle ball, with 26–40 round holes.
