This year’s Expo follows on from the successful Bushfire Aware Expo in 2015 which saw local residents access information about fire-resistant building products, services and living in a bushfire-prone area.
The 2016 exhibition will again showcase leading technology, products and professional services available to those living in a bushfire zone. In addition to the Expo, Great Gardens will present ‘Fire: Resilience & Recover with Chris Ferreira’ a workshop designed to provide essential knowledge and information to residents on overall property layout and design, landscaping and building design and retrofit.
A GREAT GARDENS WORKSHOP
FIRE: RESILIENCE & RECOVER
Time: 11:00 am
Designed to offer specialist advice and design ideas on overall property layout and design, landscaping and building design and retrofit; this workshop is a must for any resident living in the Perth Hills.
The workshop is free however you are required to book tickets to attend. Tickets are capped at a maximum of four free tickets per person and seating is on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Exhibitor Information / Terms & Conditions
- SPACE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Each exhibit space will include a table and 2 chairs. Additional items (banners, stands, equipment etc.) may be brought to the exhibit by the Exhibitor but must be contained within a reasonable space by the exhibitor.
- EXHIBITOR EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
Exhibitor agrees to provide service and support for installed products. No exhibit merchandise, equipment, container or packing material shall be left in any corridor; all such items shall be kept within the exhibit spaces.
- INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING
Exhibitor display must be in its assigned space by 9:45 AM Saturday 3 September. Exhibitors may not dismantle the display until the Exhibition is closed at 2 PM Saturday 3 September.
- PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
All companies wishing to have their product demonstrated at the Bushfire Aware Expo 2016 must also have expo booth under the same name. All time slots and demo sequence will be determined by the organisers. The organisers have the right to refuse the demonstration of any product that they deem unsafe.
Further details regarding the Bushfire Aware Expo will be forwarded to exhibitors two weeks before the event.
