The Jack Healey Centre also has rooms available for hire for small functions and activities. For enquiries contact the Shire on 9257 9957. Woodlupine Family & Community Centre also offer venue hire to community groups for special functions. For further information contact the Community about the centre or to make a booking, please telephone 9257 9999.

Seniors Exhibition 

Held in Seniors Week in November, artists are free to interpret this theme in any media, including but not limited to painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, mixed media and photography. Entries to the annual Senior Residents Art Exhibition are open and artists over the age of 55 living in the City of Kalamunda are invited to submit their work. There is no entry fee to the exhibition and all pieces must be available for sale.

The exhibition is held at the Zig Zag Gallery located at 50 Railway Road, Kalamunda.

Join in the Seniors Week celebrations!
A wide range of activities on offer for all senior residents in the City of Kalamunda ALL EVENTS ARE FREE.

BOOKINGS & TICKETS

Bookings are essential
Tickets available from 8.30am on Monday, 15 October.  Book Online or in Person from the City of Kalamunda Administration between 8:30am−5:00pm at  2 Railway Road, Kalamunda

NOTE: Tickets are limited! If for some reason you aren't able to make a booked event, please contact the City as soon as possible to allow the reserved space to be given to someone else.

Friday 2 November: Senior Residents Art

That's How I See It! Everything is Open to Interpretation
Location: Zig Zag Gallery, 50 Railway Road, Kalamunda
Official Opening 2 November 2:00pm
Exhibition open daily: Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm | Saturday-Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

Tuesday 6 November: Melbourne Cup Lunch & Dance

Times: 11:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Woodlupine Family and Community Centre, 88 Hale Road, Forrestfield
Race Day Luncheon & Entertainment! Watch the race that stops the nation live on the big screens. Dress your finest for the Fashion Parade and be in the running for fantastic prizes!

Tuesday, 13 November: Fish & Chips Cicerellos

Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Pick up Location: Jack Healey Centre, Mead Street, Kalamunda OR Woodlupine Community Centre, 88 Hale Road, Forrestfield
Enjoy a leisurely bus ride to the iconic Fish ‘n Chip destination, Cicerello’s Fremantle for lunch by the sea. Don’t forget, this is a free event! Package includes return bus trip, fish basket, dessert, tea and coffee.

Thursday 15 November: Supper Club Variety Show

Time: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Location: High Wycombe Recreation Centre, 200 Newburn Road, High Wycombe
Supper Club with performance, dance and the music that not only filled the dance floors but shaped our lives!

Friday, 16 November: BINGO

Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Woodlupine Community Centre, 88 Hale Road, Forrestfield
Bingo by the Forrestfield Leisure Group. Afternoon tea provided.
